SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Scarlet & Graves will ship items within three business days of processing time. If a longer processing time is projected, the time will be noted in the item description. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.

If the item is on preorder, it will be shipped as soon as we get it in stock from our external print vendors.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within (15) business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. We will ship items via Federal Express (FedEx),UPS (United Parcel Service) or United States Postal Service (USPS). If you want to choose a specific carrier, please let us know. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses throughout the world.

Watch for an email confirmation of your order shortly after it is placed. Please check your spam folder. Emails sometimes wind up in there!

IMPORTANT: S & G cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
