Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!


We hope you love your Scarlet & Graves Clothing experience; however, if there is an issue or you aren’t a 100% satisfied with your order, please send your package and original invoice back to Scarlet & Grave Clothing within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. All returns/exchanges must be unwashed/unworn with original packaging (i.e., labels and tags). All items purchased from online store, must be returned to online store ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS!


Send returned/exchanged items with a legitimate delivery service (i.e., USPS, FedEx). We suggest a carrier that can be insured and tracked. Scarlet & Graves does not accept responsibility for items that aren’t received, lost, or damaged in the mail. Our suggestion is to obtain proof of delivery for your records. You will not receive a refund on the order until WE receive the returned merchandise. We will confirm receipt of the returned items by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a refund has been applied or items have been exchanged.


*Sales or clearance items do not qualify for cash refunds. Sales items will receive an exchange (if item is in stock) or online store credit. Clearance items are FINAL sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded.  


Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.


IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that are not in re-saleable condition.


Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and up to 14 business days to receive your credit.
